Severin and Anna had their baby!

He was born on July 6th and Severin is a very happy and devoted father already. He is one proud papa! He is such a beautiful Baby.

A Disaster

Do you remember the beauty that was this?

Well, it now looks like this:

All of our hard work that was put into making the yard beautiful has been washed away. The creek took out the bridge and almost 30 feet from the southwest portion of our property. As well as about 8 feet by the waterfall and 6 feet of the flagstone patio that we just finished a few weeks ago.

I'm Pullin' Off the Job

Well, I may not be leaving the job, but I did get a new one. Yes, I will we working 2 jobs now. Crazy! If I weren't busy enough, I am now going to add Jet Blue to my resume. My training starts next week and it's going to be non-stop for a while. I will be at the school from 7 AM - 3 PM and then at Jet Blue for training from 4 PM - Midnight. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but if anyone either wants to come bring Dane and Gary food or clean the house while I'm gone....I won't complain.

A Real House!

As many of you know my mom has been remodeling her house since she moved in almost 4 years ago. Once they moved in they got quickly to work and the work has yet to end. However, there is some light shining at the end of the tunnel. The second floor is almost completely done now with a new bathroom, carpet, wood floors in the hall and office nook, paint, refurbished doors and all new moldings. All that's left is some work in the Master Bathroom. The Third floor, which has just been partially taken over by Dane, is in the finishing stages and is now ready for paint, molding and a new wood floor that just waiting to be installed. The first floor is now finished with the exception of a few minor details. New carpet was just laid in the family room and the house feels so much more like "A Real Home" now. I'll have to have my mom get the pictures together so you can all appreciate the journey they have all been on these past 4 years!

I don't get this....

So, I've decided that this it too complicated, my daughters tell me it's not, but I just don't get it. As you know I just end up sending all my pictures to everyone via e-mail, but to keep things updated on my blog I've decided to turn over part of this blog to my daughters so that they can help me keep everyone up to date with what's going on and maybe, with their help, I'll have them help me post once in a while on my own.
